This morning while exercising, I, as usual, was incorporating the Names of Jehovah. When I finished my exercises I was feeling just 'blaw'. Then the Spirit came with "the Name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runs in and is safe." Immediately His peace and joy were so close the mist cleared away.

When man tries to sow fear through 'the news" or through dire predictions, we can smell its source, for John assures us: There is no fear in Love. So we have the choice to snuggle in our Father's arms and wait. Thank you, Katie for this heavenly/earthy writing.

Thank you for sharing how the Name of the Lord is a strong tower. So very helpful. Wow. I will hold onto that one.

There is a lot of wisdom herein, Katie. When we grow weary, falling back on what we know to be the truly True, this is where a peaceful heart comes from.

Did you quote Nas for the “Life’s an…and then you die.”?

No. I think this quote preceded him. I was saying/feeling it in 1984.

I think being grounded in the real world of animals and nature is a very healthy thing in this crazy season.

I would very much agree. I wonder if making beauty as Martin Shaw says, is civil disobedience against the powers of darkness. Do check out his post for today I think it would speak to you. I hope you get into your woods regularly.
